i was recently tagged by naser and Rawia to tell 6 things that ppl dont know about me, so here is my list :

1- I am not a sociable person, i prefer sometime to be left alone, sometimes when people start to talk with me, the only thing i can hear is the voice that coming from my brain saying " please shut up, please ! " .

2- I ran away once from my home, i was a teenager at that time, i had a terrible fight with my mom, i was a rebellious and very difficult to deal with, but i came back to my home in the same day, because it was Summer and i was in Jordan at that time, and i didn't know where to go, so i gave up and went back !

3- Sometimes i woke up finding my teeth clenched very tightly !

4- I never liked " bab el7arah" series !

5- I lived alone for couple of years, i used to wash dishes monthly ! then i gave up and bought plastic dishes to throw it away immediately and to spare myself from that monthly event !

6-Intelligent guys always attracting me :shy: .

Cinnamon Rolls " Cinnabon"

I am in love with cinnamon rolls, i tried many recipe to get this fluffy, tender and moist rolls.

its consist of simple ingredients and very easy to make .

Ingredients :

2 1/2 all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup of warm water
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup oil
pinch of salt

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 cups dark brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened

Topping :

1 confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons liquid milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

1- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and white sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
2- In a large bowl, combine the yeast mixture to BP, salt, oil and 1 cup flour, stir well then stir in the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, then knead it well about 8 minutes - you might need to add more flour - until you get an elastic and smooth dough that doesn't stick to you fingers, cover it with a damp cloth and let rest for 1 hour.
3- Lightly grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thick rectangle. Smear the dough with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll up the dough along the long edge until it forms a roll. Slice the roll into 15 equal size pieces and place them in the pan with the cut side up.
4-Cover the pan with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature until doubled in volume, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
5-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) - meanwhile mix 1 tablespoon milk, 1 egg and pinch of vanilla -. Bake rolls for 5 minutes then smear it with egg and milk and vanilla mixture to get this golden brownly color then continue baking it for another 20- 15 minutes.
6- Mix the confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla and add it on the top .

My sister's friend took these pictures as surprise for her, its the place where we used to live in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, I left that place 5 years, long time :D.
its changed frankly, the park changed, and the people who lived there left the place too :( .
I wonder if the time will bring me again to visit it, who knows :) .

Sweden

Here is some pictures i have took when i was in Sweden, Sweden is more quite and organized compared to Jordan , i liked it because its quite and not crowdy and noisy as Jordan.

i liked these Duckies, we can’t have these Duckies in Jordan, we only have a regular birds and pigeons hehehehe .
