I am in love with cinnamon rolls, i tried many recipe to get this fluffy, tender and moist rolls.

its consist of simple ingredients and very easy to make .

Ingredients :

2 1/2 all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup of warm water
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup oil
pinch of salt

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 cups dark brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened

Topping :

1 confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons liquid milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

1- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and white sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
2-
In a large bowl, combine the yeast mixture to BP, salt, oil and 1 cup flour, stir well then stir in the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, then knead it well about 8 minutes - you might need to add more flour - until you get an elastic and smooth dough that doesn't stick to you fingers, cover it with a damp cloth and let rest for 1 hour.
3-
Lightly grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thick rectangle. Smear the dough with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll up the dough along the long edge until it forms a roll. Slice the roll into 15 equal size pieces and place them in the pan with the cut side up.
4-Cover the pan with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature until doubled in volume, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
5-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) - meanwhile mix 1 tablespoon milk, 1 egg and pinch of vanilla -. Bake rolls for 5 minutes then smear it with egg and milk and vanilla mixture to get this golden brownly color then continue baking it for another 20- 15 minutes.
6- Mix the confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla and add it on the top .
